Questions

How much does it cost?

$7.99 per paystub, paid once at download. Each additional period generated from the same data is $4.99. There is no subscription and no account to create.

How accurate are the taxes?

Federal withholding follows the IRS percentage method (Publication 15-T, 2026) for a 2020-or-later W-4. Social Security and Medicare use the 2026 SSA rates and wage base. States with no income tax or a flat rate are calculated automatically. For states with progressive brackets — California, New York, New Jersey and others — you enter the state withholding from your payroll records; we don't estimate what we can't compute exactly.

Do I need an account?

No. Your paystubs are saved in this browser, on your device. Nothing is stored on our servers. Keep the same browser if you want to come back to them.

Can I make paystubs for several months?

Yes. After you download one, “Generate next period” moves the dates forward one pay period and carries the year-to-date totals over. Start from the oldest period you need and work forward.

What about 1099 contractors?

Supported. Choose “Contractor (1099)” and no withholding is applied — contractors pay their own taxes.

Is this a legal document?

It formats the figures you enter into a standard earnings statement. Use real numbers: a paystub that misrepresents income to a landlord, a lender or a government agency is fraud. You are the author of the document; we only do the math and the layout.
